If in the unlikely event an item you ordered is not in stock we will notify you immediately. Usually the most you'll have to wait is about a week. We will advise you how long your back-ordered item will take to ship. You always have the option of canceling any back ordered item with no restocking charge up until the time it ships.

Order Information


Placing Order Options

All purchases, except for those accounts that have previously been approved for 30 day billing, are to be prepaid. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or check. We accept Visa, MasterCard Discover Card and American Express. You can submit this information via our secure server, by telephone, fax, or mail. Payment by check may delay order processing until the check clears your bank. We do not ship orders C.O.D.

Payment terms for open accounts are net 30 days from date of shipment, upon approval of credit. To establish a credit account, please submit a completed credit application form. Forms can be downloaded here or contact us and we'll fax or E-mail a copy. Please allow 24 hours for processing this information.

All international orders require prepayment. Contact our sales department for methods of payment accepted.

Tax Information

We are required to collect 7% New Jersey Sales Tax on any order with a New Jersey shipping address. If your order falls into this category and you're reselling items purchased from us, we won't charge sales tax providing you send us a completed and signed NJ-ST3 form.

Payment Methods Available

All major credit cards including paypal, prepayment with company check or purchase order upon approval of credit application.

Problems with Your Order

Package Delivery:

Please check your order when it is received. The carrier is responsible for damage in transit to you. It is important that you inspect all cartons upon delivery. When a carton is visibly damaged upon arrival, it should be refused at time of delivery. If there is concealed damage please call our customer service 1-800-733-3545 immediately. We will handle the claims process and ship you replacements if required. In order to recieve full credit for damaged merchandise you'll be required to hold the damaged merchandise and packaging materials it was packed in for 7-10 business days for pending inspection by the carrier.

Any claims for shortage must be made within ten (10) days after receipt of the goods. Please reference your invoice number.

Truck (LTL) Delivery:

If your order was shipped by truck and their is visible damage indicate this when signing the bill of lading. In the event the truck driver cannot give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark "Driver would not wait for inspection - Possible concealed damage" on your delivery receipt before signing. The driver should sign both copies. This is to protect and to enable you to file a claim with the carrier.

Change or Cancel an Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time it ships. If an order is cancelled after it ships only a credit for the merchandise less 20% re-stocking charge will apply. If paid by credit card, resulting credit is made back to the card.

Additional Information

Our sales department processes orders at 10 AM and 2PM EDT Monday through Friday. Stock item(s) ordered normally ship the day they are processed or by the next business day, depending on the time of day we receive it. If we are out of stock on any item we will notify you at the time your order is processed. We will tell you our expected delivery date and if you notify us any time prior to shipment we can cancel any non-custom item that is back ordered.

Shipping


Shipping Methods Available

Shipments are made F.O.B. our NJ Warehouse or from the point of shipment on items shipped direct. In some cases your entire order may not all ship together due to different points of origin. This will not affect the shipping cost calculated on your order.

We ship FedEx for ground and air shipments. On large quantity orders it may be more cost effective to ship truck (Common Carrier). If you place an order in quantities that meet this requirement we will carefully review for the best method of transport and advise you prior to shipment.

Any product that exceeds FedEx package limits will be clearly indicated on the "SHIPPING INFO" tab located on the Items order page.

Shipping Times

All products on our site are normally in stock and usually ship within 1 to 3 days from time of order. Check the availability of an item on the order page. Also shown is the ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. If your delivery requirements are other than what is indicated on our site please E-mail or call us, and we will do all we can to accommodate your requests.

Shipping Rates

Internet shipping rates are based on the weight of the package. In some cases the shipping charge shown on your order may be different than the actual charge. In these situations we will always notify you for your approval prior to shipping your order.

You can request a freight quote prior to placing your order. Send us via E-mail the quantity, item(s) number or description, and the destination zip code. We'll respond usually within 24 hours with your freight rate.


International Customers

We only ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico at this time. If you need an order shipped elsewhere, we will ship to an exporter of your choice within the continental U.S. It will be your responsibility to arrange shipping from the exporter.

Track Your Order

All orders will be confirmed via E-mail. Orders shipped via FedEx will include a tracking number.

Returns


Return Policy

In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT at 1-800-733-3545 immediately. Any request to return merchandise must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the merchandise and the merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received.

Returns on merchandise that is not defective, or the result of an incorrect shipment must be shipped prepaid within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. Custom orders cannot be returned at anytime.

To return merchandise please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA NUMBER). Returns will not be accepted without a prior return authorization number. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new and resalable condition. RMA's received back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection.

Custom orders and used items are not returnable. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Process

To return merchandise please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA NUMBER). Returns will not be accepted without a prior return authorization number.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Terms

All online transactions processed through our online store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. Display-World takes your security seriously and has taken steps to insure the most secure e-commerce transactions possible. Your order is secure because we have contracted with Yahoo!, Inc. for our online commerce. They use their own Secure Sales Server technology (S3) on every transaction that is processed. This technology begins by utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the transmissions from both Yahoo's server as well as your computer. If you are using Netscape 1.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you buy through any of our web sites. You'll know it's secure when you see a full yellow key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner of your Netscape browser. If you use Explorer, you'll see a full "lock" in the status bar. If you use another type of browser, you'll still be able to place an "un-secure" order if you wish.

What pages are secure? Yahoo! secures the order form page to ensure a secure credit card transaction. Other pages are not secured in order to increase the transmission speed.
