Shipping Options

  • We offer FedEx, UPS, USPS, and motor freight services.
  • FedEx is our preferred carrier for most U.S. orders.

Online Shipping Calculator

The cost of online shipping is based on the total weight of your items. Sometimes, this cost may not show accurately on your final order confirmation based on the size and weight of the package, especially for air freight, priority, and freight rates. If the shipping rate on our website needs to be corrected, we will notify you of the new amount and ask for your approval before charging your credit card. You can cancel your order without obligation if you do not approve the updated shipping charge.

Delivery Times

* The map above generally represents transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. Transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typically, FedEx ground and residential deliveries are done between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Estimated Delivery by State for Ground Shipping:

Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

Most of our items ship from our East Coast warehouse; however, delivery times may vary for items from our warehouses in other locations.

  • For Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day Express Service, orders must be placed by noon Eastern Time for same-day shipping. Otherwise, we will ship the next business day.
  • Products are bulk-packed.
  • Are you using your own carrier account? Shipping rates won't apply, but a small handling/shipping charge will be added.

Ground Shipping Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times for FedEx Ground depend on your location, but they typically occur between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Most items ship from our East Coast warehouse, but delivery times may vary for items from other locations.

Additional Charge

  • Orders outside the continental U.S. will incur extra shipping charges. Please call for rates.
  • Get shipping estimates by adding products to your cart and using the "Estimate Shipping" button.

Expedited Delivery

  • We offer Overnight and economical 2-day and 3-day delivery options on many in-stock items. For same-day shipping, orders must be received by noon Central Time.

Using Your Shipping Account

  • Provide your account number if you prefer to use your carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • You may need to handle carrier contact, paperwork, and claims.
  • A small handling fee will apply for orders shipped on customer accounts.

Motor Freight Delivery

  • For shipments over 150 lbs., LTL (Less Than Truckload) may be more cost-effective than FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges are FOB, factory.
  • Additional services include:
    • Liftgate Service: This is for unloading off the truck. Specify during checkout if needed.
    • Inside Delivery: This is for unloading and delivering through the first door. Specify during checkout if required.
    • Limited Access Locations: These may incur additional charges (e.g., schools, hospitals, construction sites).

International Shipping

  • We ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. For other destinations within the continental U.S., we can ship to an exporter of your choice.
  • Please call customer service at 800 733-3545 if you need a freight quote before ordering.

Tracking Orders

  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order is invoiced and shipped. Provide your email for electronic updates. If you have an account, tracking information will be in your dashboard.

Receiving Shipments

Inspecting Packages

  • Check the package for damages before the delivery driver leaves, if possible.
  • Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Refuse delivery only if the actual merchandise is damaged.
  • Notify Customer Service immediately if you refuse a shipment (call 800 733-3545).

Handling Damages

  • Do not return damaged merchandise. Instead, inspect all contents and report damages within five business days.
  • Save all packaging materials and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
  • For freight deliveries, detailed notes on damage are essential to process claims.

Problems or Questions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information can incur extra costs. Ensure all details are accurate.

Returning Orders

Important: Check Your Delivery ASAP

For Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders, but if anything arrives damaged, please follow these instructions:

  1. Keep all packaging materials (including the box).
  2. Take a photo of the damaged box and contents.
  3. Report the damage to us within 5 days by calling 800-733-3545 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
  4. If the box is damaged on arrival, note this on the carrier’s paperwork.

For Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please compare it with the packing list. Contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll help make it right! Note that returns without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

Exclusions:

  • Stock items are not returnable after 30 days
  • Stock items for large volume quantities or special quoted prices are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable

How to Pack and Ship Returns

Keep the original packing materials. All returns must be sent back in their original boxes with proper packing to avoid damage during shipping. If the original carton was damaged in transit, please use a similar sturdy box for the return.

Approved returns will have freight charges deducted, and a 20% restocking fee applies if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

We work hard to process orders quickly, so there’s only a small window to make changes or cancellations. No changes or cancellations can be made once an order is sent to the warehouse or production. Canceled orders will be refunded using the original payment method provided at the time of order.

Conditions and Limitations

We do our best to meet delivery dates, but we aren’t responsible for delays caused by things beyond our control. Shipping dates are estimates and rely on the timely receipt of any necessary info from you (like artwork or shipping details). All quotes follow “Industry Standard Appearance”—products are considered acceptable if minor imperfections aren’t noticeable when viewed from an arm’s length away.
