Artwork Submission
You can email artwork to sales@display-world.com. Include your company name, phone number, and order number.
File Formats
We recommend saving your art as a Press-Quality PDF file. PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround. You may also send the file in the following types: JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS.
Production Lead Time
Typically, lead times are 10 - 15 business days from the date the artwork is approved. Proofs will be emailed for your final approval.
Imprint Areas
The standard imprint area for Trifold Brochure Holders is 2" high x 3.75" wide Max. We can enlarge or reduce your image to fit within these areas if requested.
How do I export a .pdf correctly?
When exporting from any program, use these guidelines to ensure your PDF files export correctly.
- Export settings for PDF files
- Adobe PDF Preset is set to Press Quality
- Compatibility is set to Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3)
- Compress Text and Line Art is set to Off
- Flatten Images
- Convert all colors to CMYK before saving your file.
- Your artwork files should be at 300 dpi.
Proofs:
Please allow 24 - 48 business hours to receive art proof and order confirmation. A signed copy of the art proof confirming approval is needed before your order can be released for scheduling. This is your final opportunity to review the artwork and ensure it meets your expectations. Once approved, the anticipated ship date will be established and confirmed, marking the final stage before production begins.
